Scope: better error handling

As the title says.

I'll need to build better error handling.

Example:

• RatingView: no error handler if no callback is set (callback does not work here (yet))
• CompilationView: no error handler if no callback is set.

... and so on... 😢 sorry!

tvOS.RatingView(...) make callback work

Try to make tvOS.RatingView(...) work, and send the data to the callback function

Apple TV is ignoring 'select' in this view, unfortunately it does not support click.

Maybe with a button for submit?
