I did some exploring yesterday exploring the Digital Analytics Program (DAP)’s Google Analytics account. First step was to make segments for each browser which does not support TLS 1.2, excluding traffic from government agencies as best as I could. (Edit: this segment would be slightly better at eliminating government traffic, to be combined with the conditions below for next time!)

Examining traffic for September and October of 2018, I explored the top 10 hostnames per segment and compiled their reports together, which should give us a list of the domains using DAP tracking which would cause the biggest disruption when TLS <1.2 is turned off:
