Made some progress on this, I figured out how to use if statements and variables in the page. I updated the template with all of the variables and added an if statement to control the intro content. Still need to update the includes files and do QA.

I can't seem to get nested if statements to work, tried to google but couldn't find anything that would help resolve my issue. Going to try an alternative approach by using multiple injects with a single if statement per and see if it works.

I discovered an extra end if that might have been causing my earlier issues. I want to test to see if that was causing it before going down the alternative approach route.

Nested If is working on how_to_apply so no need to go back to multiple injects

Made final edits to the template, now need to prepare the Visual Designer and Strategist for post on Monday. Just implementing the changes that are required for them to accurately be posted.

Merged #108 which included the base changes that needed to be made to the template and all required updates to existing files. There are still some other modifications that need to be done but I'm going to create new issues for those and close this one out.
