iis的问题，可以在前端每30秒发送空数据给服务端(比如ping)，保持连接不被断开

心跳包吧，SuperSocket是从服务端处理长连接的问题， SignalR 是自动发送心跳包。

服务端处理心跳包，增加了压力。有些环境复杂也难做。
参考ssh客户端工具，navicat，最好在客户端处理
