You can use console.time() as well.

const perf = callback => {
  console.time('perf');
  const res = callback();
  console.timeEnd('perf');
  return res;
};

perf(() => {
  Array(1000000).fill(0).map(Math.random)
});
// perf: 164.376953125ms
