Unable to use AltGr or CapsLock layers in XKB layout

I created a keyboard layout in json, and it successfully generated the xkb layout but doesn't seem to work for the AltGr layers nor for the CapsLock layers. [layout.json](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/15972928/layout.json)

To clarify, in the gnome control centre, if I visualise the key layout, it only loads layers 1 and 2.

This was due to a broken key layout, closing.
