Transmission does not expand `~` to /home/user

I tried to setup Transmission as a BitTorrent client as per the wiki, but couldn't get it to work. Finally, I found the issue: `download_dir` is sent to the transmission rpc as-is, without expanding `~` (I haven't tried with `$HOME`, but I assume it might be the same? not sure), and Transmission expects an absolute path, resulting in an error. This should at the very least be clarified in the wiki and documentation, if not by adding a way to expand `~` and environment variables by nyaa itself before sending the request. Or maybe check the path beforehand and ask the user to correct it.

> or maybe just use qbittorrent Why would I want to do that? Transmission works just fine
