The problem: 1) Open CapCom window in KSC 2) Open CapCom settings window 3) Close CapCom main window (but leave CapCom settings window open) 4) Close CapCom settings window 5) InputLock "CapCom_LockID" persists with no CapCom windows open (locking the camera and the player out of all the buildings) The solution: Needs to be cleared via Console > Clear Input Locks
