Guovin left a comment (Guovin/iptv-api#1402)
同样更新3.0之后，该项目无法创建或者修改文件，哪怕是不同目录不同名字的文件，均提示无法保存。
但是试着修改其他Fork过来的项目文件，是可以保存的。
不确认是不是GitHub官方问题。
GitHub官方原因，耐心等待修复，晚点再试。
