Should be easy, just a call to `/mapDetail.cfm?x=X&y=Y&villageID=VILLAGE` with a POST of `Queue=+Queue+Upgrade` for queuing an upgrade; not sure about the regular upgrade though... could ask Nate to have a single API call for upgrade/queue upgrade, but...
