still happens after doing a full update from the app market
Update OC to the [latest](https://github.com/MightyPirates/OpenComputers/releases/tag/1.12.2-forge%2F1.8.9) version
update did work but unfortunately the bigreactors grid control software i use doesn't work on opencomputers 1.8.9 for some reason, so i was forced to downgrade back to 1.7.5
The issue you are experiencing is due to use of several glyphs provided by newer OC versions in MineOS. Afaik, all OC features should be backward compatiable, that is, any program written for older versions should work without any problems. Anyway, if you provide me that program you are trying to run, i'll see if i can help you

Though br_reactor component is detected by the OpenOS and the program does not seem to crash, it doesn't detect any reactor i am connecting to the computer (nor it does with OC 1.7.5 you mentioned). I am not really familiar with big/extreme reactors mod, so feel free to point me what am i doing wrong

I am not really familiar with big/extreme reactors mod, so feel free to point me what am i doing wrong hmm that seems to be a different version of brgc than what i have on my machines, mine doesn't have the separate reactors and turbines tabs, which is strange since i haven't seen any update announcements in more than a year
try it with a turbine and reactor, that's the setup i have

I get this on both OC 1.7.5 and 1.8.8
> I get this on both OC 1.7.5 and 1.8.8 oh that error only happens if u have only a reactor with no turbine, it's a bug but it doesn't happen with a turbine connected
Turbine was also built and connected
> Turbine was also built and connected not sure, i remembering doing a small patch myself to fix that bug tho, so i don't think it's the same as the one i originally was talking about
This error happens not in brgc_gui though, but in reactor control daemon, and i believe this is why i can't see any reactors connected in gui. Obviously my version of big reactors mod lacks the `br_reactor.getControlRodsLevels` method Still i can't find any reasons why it would work on older OC version and not on the latest, especially without knowing what exact error you are getting
