Currently to source new Dotfiles, we run `exec "$SHELL"`. This may cause issues on some flavors of Bash. We should instead determine what shell config the user is using (`.zshrc`, `.bash_profile`, `.bashrc`) and source that instead `. "$HOME/.zshrc"`. This should be safer than executing the current shell and we can refactor some other code and store the user's preference in code for reuse elsewhere.
