`sdk/java/options/quotes.mdx` says `OptionsQuotesResponse` wraps `List<OptionQuote>` and points the reader at the chain page "for the full `OptionQuote` record (price fields plus greeks)". The chain page documents `OptionsChainRequest` and never the record, so `#optionquote` has never existed. Found by Docusaurus 3.10's broken-anchor check, which 3.0.1 did not have. The link now points at the chain page without a fragment, so it is no longer a dead anchor, but it still promises something the destination does not deliver. The Go SDK's `sdk/go/options/chain.mdx` documents its own `OptionQuote` and is the model. When the section is written, restore the link as `/sdk/java/options/chain#optionquote`.
