Add examples to Text

I've [added examples](https://github.com/alexliew/text/commit/dfe7e864c073f48c1342a13bc8cb1cdeb7e64f35?diff=unified) to map, intersperse and intercalate. Do you think it would be better to use the matching examples from Data.List?

I wouldn't think consistency of examples is very important; I'd say that's unnecessary.
