The [page for HTTP status codes](http://haddock.stackage.org/lts-5.16/http-types-0.9/Network-HTTP-Types-Status.html#v:statusIsSuccessful) has a ton of functions that can be logically grouped into 1xx, 2xx, 3xx, 4xx, 5xx, and querying functions. A table of contents would be helpful here. (Mostly I want this because I didn't find the `statusIsInformational` type functions at first glance)
