Windows 11: window doesn't show & tray icon entries not working

### Description Nyrna on Windows 11 does not respond to any tray icon menu entries regardless of Nyrna settings. This also means that the Nyrna window cannot be invoked when set the "Start hidden in system tray" setting is set to "on". There is no way to restore GUI functionality short of manually deleting the app data at %APPDATA%\codes.merritt\nyrna\storage to return to default settings. ### To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Install Nyrna version 2.16 or above on Windows. 2. Launch Nyrna. 3. Right-click the Nyrna tray icon. I can't reproduce (on Windows 10). Please try this: - In Nyrna go to `Settings` → `Troubleshooting` and enable `Verbose logging` - Close Nyrna - delete `%APPDATA%\codes.merritt\nyrna\logs` - Reproduce the issue - Paste new logs (if any) from that directory here

I presume this is a Window 11 regression since I can't repro on Windows 10. I'm afraid I can't test again Windows 11.

I did some additional testing and determined that 2.15.0 is the latest version with working tray menu entries on Windows 11. 2.16.0 and beyond present the issue as described above. I also tested on a fresh install of Windows 11 with the same results.

More testing, the failure to respond to the tray icon menu entries is present regardless of Nyrna settings. "Show", "Hide", and "Reset Window" do not produce any action. As a result certain settings combinations, as described previously, can get the app stuck in the tray with no way to invoke the GUI, but the main issue is the unresponsive tray menu entries. Since this regression first appeared in v2.16.0, could it be related to [this commit](https://github.com/Merrit/nyrna/commit/7b14705c73c0ea8d21acfad18102344756b311a5) to the system tray functionality? EDIT: I updated my [Visual C++ redistributables](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-supported-redistributable-version) while attempting some debugging. Fortunately, this fixed the portable app under version 2.26.1. The non-portable installation, however, remains affected by the issue.

No GUI, no tray icon, no response to the default pause hotkey, and no Nyrna process in Task Manager. Just the creation of an empty log file at %APPDATA%\codes.merritt\nyrna\logs. The installed version does report a DLL error message on launch in a fresh Windows VM without the latest Visual C++, but after installing the latest redistributable the behavior mimics the portable application. The log file and the error message suggest that Nyrna tries to do something but exits early into execution. <img width="620" height="228" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/395aaba3-4387-4507-9368-882b35dc3467" /> I ran into the very same behavior yesterday when I built Nyrna from source.
