Missing VertexPointXYCov definitions from libssa_sensor_models

Linking CXX executable ../../bin/pcd_to_ssa ../../lib/libssa_sensor_models.so: undefined reference to `ssa::VertexPointXYCov::normal()' ../../lib/libssa_sensor_models.so: undefined reference to`ssa::VertexPointXYCov::covariance()' ../../lib/libssa_sensor_models.so: undefined reference to `typeinfo for ssa::VertexPointXYCov' ../../lib/libssa_sensor_models.so: undefined reference to`ssa::VertexPointXYCov::parentVertex() const' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: **\* [../bin/pcd_to_ssa] Error 1 make[1]: **\* [pcl_binding/CMakeFiles/pcd_to_ssa.dir/all] Error 2 make: **\* [all] Error 2 I get the following make errors with a clean checkout, and I'm using PCL-1.6 that comes with ros fuerte and I compiled with OpenMP flags. Is there a missing header somewhere? Thanks for your help.

The solution is to edit the CMakeLists.txt for the pcl_binding folder so that the appropriate libraries (types and g2o_types; the 2d counter parts) are linked against the executables.
