This is a story issue collecting improvements we'd like to make to the telemetry collected by cudf-polars and Quent. Feel free to add comments / sub issues on what you'd like to see. Ideally, each request would include 1. the type of questions that would be answerable with the requested telelmetry 2. changes to our [Quent Schema](https://github.com/NVIDIA/cudf/blob/main/python/cudf_polars/quent/model.yaml) definition 3. the additional data that needs to be collected during runtime 4. how the data will be displayed in the Quent UI
