Releases are auto-published on every merge to `main` (see `.github/workflows/ci.yml`), but there's no `CHANGELOG.md`, so users can't see what changed between versions. ### Task - Add a `CHANGELOG.md` following [Keep a Changelog](https://keepachangelog.com/), seeded from the recent git history / released versions. - Optional stretch: a short note in `CONTRIBUTING.md` on adding a changelog entry per PR, or wiring changelog generation into the release job. Good starting point for someone who wants to shape release hygiene.
