signoff argument doesn't work

As I type `-s`, it wont add a signoff trailer to commit msg. As the test case: ``` bash git cc -s --dry-run newfile: test would run: `git commit --message newfile: test --signoff --no-signoff --no-edit` ``` which has both --signoff and --no-signoff arguments. ![Image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ec61785d-cebb-4a58-9e2c-1e062f2d7ec3)

I tried with `-s`, it seems still not work yet.

Right, I still have to cut a release that includes the fix.

Finally got around to publishing to all locations except scoop, which failed due to an invalid token.
