## Description `MultilineCommentLocator.locate()` returns `PhraseLocation` with `start > end` when end delimiter (`*/`) appears before start delimiter (`/*`). ## Reproduction ```kotlin val result = MultilineCommentLocator.locate("*/path/*") ``` ## Expected Return empty set when no valid comment exists. ## Actual Returns PhraseLocation with reversed range (start > end). --- I will submit a PR to fix this issue.
