I can't reproduce with steamdb extension enabled, both in english and in schinese. SteamDB doesn't even really do anything with the review section.
That arrow on bottom right of your screenshot is not from Steam, you must have some other extension enabled, I suggest testing in a fresh browser profile.

Thank you for your reply! I forgot to check other extensions. it's my mistake and I'm sorry about that.
I can reproduce this issue in a completely clean Google Chrome browser. This browser only had installed this extension, and this browser never used before.
This issue will most likely not be triggered if you access the page directly via URL; it only occurs when you navigate here through a Steam link from another page. Specifically, when you scroll down the page and load the comments section, the results filtered by "Your Language" will briefly flash for about 0.5 seconds before switching to the comments section showing all languages.
Next, I'll try more tests to see exactly how this gets triggered.
I've noticed something. I'm not sure if this is the reason, but after enabling the extension, an additional parameter "english" is added to this request.
