Missing nodemon in package.json

Hey, I am following your course on udemy. I cloned this repo but I couldn't run `npm run-script dev` ,inside users folder, the first time because `nodemon` was missing. Maybe good to add it to `package.json`

nodemon should be globally installed e.g. npm install -g nodemon
