As of now, the User API has only the Create functionality implemented. We need to implement the remaining CRUD (Read, Update, Delete) functionality for the User API. Tasks: - [ ] Implement the Read functionality to retrieve a single user by ID and all users. - [ ] Implement the Update functionality to update user information by ID. - [ ] Implement the Delete functionality to delete a user by ID. - [ ] Implement the findById functionality to return a user by ID. Additional information: - A dummy data has been implemented for initial testing. - The code should be well-documented and easily maintainable
