This simple script opens a multi-select dialog box for layers and makes the selected layers visible. It's similar to the layers tab in the Visibility dialog box, but having a dedicated script for this allowed me to access it quickly from a toolbar button.

This script is license-free and released into the public domain.

The dialog box is shown here. Checked layers become visible, un-checked layers are made invisible.
