Replicated the issue. Indeed, very weird. My first hunch is something going on with caches. I've got one that remembers the styles applied to some documents. It could be something like that. Taking a look...

Fixed. Trees were stored in cache when computing dependencies. No check was done to see if the file changed during execution. That's the reason why the file version was the previous one (before the copy).
