Pipe chars don't get escaped (breaking markdown table) about stargazed

Clone your fork
run
yarn install if not done already

Then use cli

node cli.js -u "abhijithvijayan" -t "TOKEN"

Edit: CLI seems to be broken currently, See #25

To fix escaping issue, all I think is to do is,

Add key: |, value \| pair to htmlEscapeTable defined somewhere in the CLI
