The prediciton is made on the basis of the data provided about the employee who left the company and who are still in the company. Features such as Satisfaction_Level, Last_Evaluation, Salary etc. mentioned few over here. On applying the DataScience Algorithm on a sample of 15000 data, a traing and calculation yielded a 76% accuracy and applying the model trained using training set on the test set gave results that 841 employees are more poised to leave the company.
