By executing the following additional commands. catkin_make works as usual.
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/*.so /usr/lib
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/cmake/* /usr/lib/cmake
from raspberry-pi-cross-compilers.

I tried to add some message in cmake.
message(STATUS "RT_LIBRARY: ${RT_LIBRARY}")
Before installing gcc. It shows:
RT_LIBRARY: /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/librt.so
After installing. It shows:
RT_LIBRARY: RT_LIBRARY-NOTFOUND

I think I know what's going wrong. librt.so, libthread.so(and many more) should also be linked.
