Looking at the above-linked news release, I immediately noticed that the ip field for some (or maybe all?) reports was renamed to src_ip, which might be causing some incidents to be ignored with the current parser.

At the same time, I also noticed that ddeboer/data-import https://github.com/ddeboer/data-import library that the shodowserver parser uses for CsvReader has been deprecated. The portphp/csv appears to be a drop-in replacement.

I tried portphp/csv, and it appears to work with minimal changes to the parser.

Also, parser-abusehub and collector-snds use ddeboer/data-import, so these would need to be updated simultaneously.

I will do more testing and PR this if everything works as expected.
