No rate limits at the moment. Just don't abuse it to the point where Microsoft takes notice. They own GitHub and can take me down

The main limit here is how many conversations you create. Do not create more than 5 new conversations per minute. Not a hard policy, just so we don't stress out our authentication server.

@timofeiryko See some hints (Bing's chat answers) and quick tests there, ctrl+F for "characters" (limit).
