I just reproduced this on an ACSF subscription.

I tried the Acquia CLI build after #237 was merged but unfortunately I'm still seeing the issue.

The problem is here: https://github.com/acquia/cli/blob/v1.0.0-rc6/src/Command/Ide/Wizard/IdeWizardCreateSshKeyCommand.php#L245

We hardcode the environment name as "dev" but on ACSF this could be "01dev" or even other permutations. We should use the environment detector to catch all cases, but that depends on acquia/drupal-environment-detector#6

A cursory grep of the codebase reveals this to be the only instance of a hardcoded environment name.

Aha! That makes a great deal of sense. As soon as we get this merged for the env detector and can fix Acquia CLI, I will make sure we release a new version of IDEs. Right now that's a really bad first impression for ACSF users, especially because we'll have to cut a tag for #227 as well.
