System requirements are same as they were before. Requirement that did change is on client side (IE8 support was dropped), but that's not checked by this script.

OK, thanks. I just wanted to ask, because there is "'PROBE_FOR: activeCollab 3.2" (https://github.com/activecollab/activecollab-probe/blob/master/probe.php#L36) so I thought that the script was not updated.

I just double checked the code and found that probe was not checking for Phar extension, which is required for activeCollab 3.3 to work properly. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
