just ubuntu 20.04 and deeplake 3.8.0, ds.visualize() can work online

Hey @alphabet-lgtm , even though the dataset is local and the visualization works fully in your local machine, but the visualization logic and functionality is web based and we don't ship the javascript logic with python package. So ds.visualize
connects our backend to get the logic to visualize the data. That's why the network connection is still needed.
