I have a nokogiri parser working in my fork, of which you are aware.

Yup! Thanks - I wrote this as a note to be sure I won't remember. I'll definitely bring your parser (I'm going through the fork queue, 166 commits, currently :-).

If later on you have something interesting, please send a pull-request!

I will be returning to work with AW_ETL sometime later this year.
At that time I will have the motivation to dig into the code again.

For our purposes AW-ETL is a one-time conversion utility to migrate
historical data from a long-lived business app into the new system
currently under development. Once the conversion is done we foresee
no further use. Consequently, like any disposable item, if it works
well enough to accomplish that then it is good enough.

I hope it will work well enough - in any case, please report issues if you have :)

If you are going to cherry pick commits from my repo you had better
take a look at this file as well:

https://github.com/byrnejb/activewarehouse-etl/blob/master/lib/etl/commands/etl.rb

I rewrote the options parser and I believe that some of the stuff I
implemented elsewhere in AW-ETL depends upon this.

I'll have a look, thanks!

Btw, one test fails in the nokogiri commit (test_nokogiri_xml_reader_parser_for_all_nodes) - nokogiri_reader.ctl isn't in git. Do you have it on your machine maybe ?

Aaah the NokogiriXmlReaderParser class isn't there - I can just delete the test.
