endpoints to do:

POST /shows/<show_id>/seats - Reserve seats for a show

• body: name, phone, email, num_seats
• returns: order id, subtotal price

POST /orders/<order id>/paypal-setup - sets up paypal transaction
POST /orders/<order id>/paypal-capture - captures funds after user approval
