Distribute support and little refactoring about landslide

I followed this to package landslide: http://diveintopython3.org/packaging.html

Was I wrong in doing that? I will play around with your changes to setup.py, but can you explain to me why we should support setuptools and why the files should be renamed as you did?

Currently, distutils (version 1) don't support auto install dependency ("install_require" field).
Don't support "entry_points" to install script file in bin…

I've moved all files to "src/" because I want use landslide has namespace.

You can play with http://pypi.python.org/pypi/modern-package-template/1.0 to build some dummy package.
