How do you calculate the amount of radiative transport of a single molecule after atmospheric absorption in LBLRTM?

When the TAPE3 file is defined for only one molecule (such as N2O in your TAPE5_LNFL example), then even when mixing ratios are provided in TAPE5_LBLRTM for the first four molecules (N2O is molecule 4) as you have done, the LBLRTM output will only include the effect of N2O lines. However, in your example TAPE5_LBLRTM, you have ICNTNM=1, which activates the continuum contributions for the first three molecules, so you will have to set ICNTNM=0 to exclude those continuum contributions and limit the calculation to N2O lines (or set the input amounts for those three molecules to zero).
