How many other mods do you have in there that are not from ModAssistant?
Looking at your log, all the Heck mods (Chroma/Noodle/Etc) seem up to date, however I know there isn't a release of "Saber Factory" out yet for 1.31 (all the errors in your log appear after SiraUtil tries to load Saber Factory FYI)
Please try removing Saber Factory, and let us know if the issue is still happening.

As pointed out by Mawntee, the error is caused by trying to load an old version of Saber Factory, in the future go to BSMG discord and go to #pc-help for installation support.
