@tansaku one question about this regarding the ruby version that it can bee seen in the description of the error, it says its using ruby-2.3.1, I think it should be using ruby-2.4.2, right?

maybe this is rails console going down after a hard disconnect ... seems like ctrl-D at the end of our rails console sessions in heroku might help us avoid this in future
