I am still having location request timed out error about react-native-geolocation-service

enablehighaccuracy causes the problem.after disabling it it is working fine in acttualy device

Sounds like you don´t have Google Play on your phone, and its falling back to the default RN behavior.

Probably a device specific issue, see the FAQ section for details. Many devices have faulty GPS which does not work properly. Just in case, test it again outdoor and see if it works.

another problem i found in react native geolocation is ( with this package and default navigator one ) its not working at all indoors.I used to develope in native android and geolocation was working fine indoors.Any idea ?

this is unstable just like navigators geolocation.Sometimes there is no problem sometimes location time out error.

This library is just a wrapper around google play service's FusedLocationProvider API. I still believe it's a device specific issue, since I still haven't faced any timeout issue on my phone (Redmi Note 3). I can be wrong of course.

I don't have any solution to this problem right now. If you can figure something out let me know, or make a PR.

I have never had a timeout issue on my phone either (OnePlus 1 & 3). I use my app almost every day.

on android several solutions worked for me:

1. set enableHighAccuracy to false
2. on one emulator - opening google maps app solved the location issue for my app
3. on a different emulator - restarting the emulator by a long press on the shut down button (regular shut down didn't work)
