Verify translations

Review & verify translations of the various non-english languages for correctness.

Docs: Add details tag

Improve CONTRIBUTING.md

Contributing.md has few errors and also needs to be updated to look more formal rather than just a bulleted list .

Docs: Add Issue templates

It will be cool if you add issue templates, cause it's very important if there are new contributors, so they know what to follow.

[BUG] Add modality for papers

Describe the bug
Some papers within Papers section do not have a corresponding emoji representing their modality.
This needs to be fixed.

Expected behavior
An emoji should be present representing various modality.

Multiple Language support required

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Support for multiple languages is required keeping with the essence of FOSS.

Describe the solution you'd like
Contributors who can understand English well enough and also native language to translate contents of the repository.
Add a separate FOLDER containing translations of the entire README.md with name README_Spanish/etc

There seems to be an issue with Github token. Giving HTTP error. Refer the actions tab for more details

Deploy README to github-pages

The listing on a site, could also help out esp. since that way you can have a specific site link that people can visit and check the content directly, without reference to the repo

Remove Table of Contents

Description

Github automatically renders a Table Of Contents on the README.md file.
Rather than using typing out a Table of Contents, using the default Table might help in making the README more succint and brief

Paper mentioned under 2021/2022 section refers to a page not found.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Read.Me
  2. Click on Learning Personal Style from Few Examples
  3. See error - you will be taken to the page with 404 error

Expected behavior
Expected to see a paper containing Learning Personal Style from Few Examples.
