Hello! That’s expected when there’s no enough space at the bottom of the screen.

When the not in bottom space i want to show on top not in center

Well, I got you but I'm not interested to change the current behavior tbh.
When using the dropdown button inside a listview, it's a bit weird that your menu get shift to a complete different place if you scroll a bit.
If you still want to implement this behavior for maybe some use-case, you're free to implement it (You should start from here)
