调试发现当服务器不支持断点续传，DLTask ->dlInit方法只会走HTTP_OK分支，执行一个叫做dlData(conn)的方法。这个方法就默默的把文件下载完了，没有任何中断操作。
即使调用dlStop也不会生效，因为没有为task分配任何的线程。
