The only one question: should MultiDict, CaseInsensitiveMultiDict, MutableMultiDict, CaseInsensitiveMutableMultiDict to be exposed as Public API at aiohttp level?

@fafhrd91, I started writing tests in terms of #74 and I think I can finish them in next several hours.
So if you are willing to wait #74 can be included in 0.8.1 release.
What do you think?
