Thanks for your reactivity, it works well now :) (a lot of internal errors from Gitlab are returned but with the retries we are able to fetch the data correctly)!

The error code of 403 is still covered in the low-code implementation and it is safely ignored by the connector during a sync. It looks like a 500 code is returned from Gitlab in your case.
Could you please share either the connection ID or your credentials so we can investigate this case?

I checked that pipelines were activated on all projects and this is the case, so I do not know what else to check on my side
