Test Airswap.js against Testnet

Description

@cloudonshore and I were talking about their difficulty with testing the Airswap.js library and speeding up development feedback.

I am proposing to test against a forked ganache instance and having the Airswap.js tests run on that.

The following resources are not perfect, but may give some ideas on how to do this cleanly as I've already done it for this other project.

TRANSFER_FAILED in swap function

    const signer = await getSigner({ web3Provider: window.ethereum })
    const order = await JSON.parse(this.state.generatedOrder)
    let signedOrder = await signSwap(order, signer).catch(e => {
      console.log("Error at signing : " + e);
    })
    await swap(signedOrder, signer);

When I call the swap function, the transaction is failed and I got "TRANSFER_FAILED" error log at etherscan.
How can I use the swap function in airswap.js?
I hope to solve this issue quickly.
