I have just found exactly the same issue! Any work around? Was hoping to use this on a live project really soon but might have to change plugin. I do love the customisability of Poptrox though!

I used it in a premade template, and the solution was to name
differently each div: gallery0, gallery1... etc... and then reference
them with the plugin.

Unfortunately I'm trying to use mine dynamically so that's not really an option for me. Thanks for the reply though.
