Printing text with accented characters about openvg

Currently the font support does not support those characters.

OK, I have it working now; the fix is to map the character value in the high level language (C#, or Oberon) to the byte value expected by Text() in libshapes.c and used to lookup the corresponding glyph; there is not necessarily a correspondance between the character value and the byte value once over 7bit ASCII. Previously, I was getting problems with multi-byte characters getting a glyph per byte.
