Installation

You can download the latest version of the app from the releases page.

Building

To build this app, you will need the latest canary version of android studio and a fast network. Simply clone it and build it.

[FEATURE Request] Theme colour change with album art

Can you guys implement the feature, which changes the app theme colour when the song cover art/album art changed.

[FR] lyrics support

scrolling lyrics support, maybe using the .lrc file under the same dir with the same file name as the music file

[FEATURE] add possibility to play .wav files

First of all thank you for an awesome music player! I really enjoy it!

It would be really convenient if you'd add the possibility to play .wav files and preferably other formats as well like .ogg etc.

Is there a roadmap somewhere I can look at?

No issues if not, just wanted to to see what features are already planned to not make issues uselessly.

[BUG] Album view's shuffle not working

As above said. Shuffle button does nothing except than turning the shuffle indicator inside bottom player active. Will crash if switching back to non-shuffle mode because the original playlist inside playlist view model is empty.

This app does nothing

I can install it, can launch it and then nothing. It does not find any of my Quake3-music ...

[FEATURE REQUEST] Waved progress bar

[FEATURE IMPROVEMENT] Shuffle button's feature improvement.

Shuffle button now behaves like: Replacing current playlist, get a random position in playlist, jump to that position. Next we should real shuffle the list like what the shuffle indicator at the bottom player does.

Which is the folder, app will scan music from and does it support ogg format?

versionCode

Can you please make sure to increase versionCode whenever you make a new release? As it currently stands, it's always set to 1:

package: name='org.akanework.symphonica' versionCode='1' versionName='0.56b.hotfix'

versionCode is what Android uses internally to tell versions apart and to know if some APK is considered to be an update.
